Halle Berry celebrates her 54th birthday today.
-
In honor of the occasion, she posted a photo of herself skateboarding in her bikini bottoms.

Halle loves to work out and swears by a ketogenic diet to stay healthy.
There are so many times that Halle Berry has proven that she’s not like the rest of us, like when she shared a badass picture on Instagram of herself doing a handstand or how she managed to get a pillows to make in a fashion statement. But Halle has just outlived herself with a new Insta post to celebrate her 54th birthday.
Inside, Halle rides on a skateboard in a white tee and swimsuit underneath. She’s kefoot, her hair is perfectly tousled, and her legs and butt look super tuned. “54 …. life just gets better and better! Oh, ”she wrote in the title.
Famous friends flood their comments with birthday parties. “You better separate in your destination!” wrote Octavia Spencer. “Happy happy birthday. ❤️, ”said Julianne Moore. “Yasssssss! 👑 ❤️ ”chimed in famous trainer Jeanette Jenkins.
And of course, a lot of people saw that Halle looked like that dat at 54. ‘Fountain of youth’, one wrote. “# 54 looks good.,” Said another.
Halle has made it pretty clear that she works hard to look so fit. In an essay she wrote for Women’s health in May, Halle said she likes to focus on all-fit, and that her average workout “does not include a single situp or crunch.” Instead, the workouts she does with her trainer Peter Lee Thomas are “all about whole body movements – like squats – so I hit my muscles at the same time, abs included.” As a result, she said, “my core is just as toned and strong as ever.”
Of course, Halle works more than her core. Told Thomas Folk he would like Halle to have a combination of exercise techniques that include martial arts, boxing and yoga. And, he said, Halle goes hard to the gym. “I had no idea what her age was when I met her,” he said. “I never saw or was interested in that, and when I found that, I was absolutely shell-shocked because she has the discipline and athleticism of a 25-year-old.”
Halle has also been sticking to a high-fat, low-protein, very low-ketogenic diet for years to help her manage her diabetes, she said. LIVE with Kelly and Ryan.
Add up all those factors, and Halle redefines what it means to be in your mid-fifties.
HBD, Halle !!!
