Halle Berry just turned 54, and she’s not shy about social media celebrations. The John Wick 3-star recently celebrated her birthday by sharing a photo of herself skateboarding in the bottom of swimsuits, and now she’s posting a hot dripping video of herself on the beach saunating in what just might be her most beautiful appearance ever.
“Leo season in full effect 🐆✨ #BirthdayWeekendVibin,” the Bruised actress wrote in the title. Click on the video, and wowzer. In it, Halle wears a strappy black lingerie-inspired bikini and dark shades. She slowly runs out of the ocean, grabs to shake her hair out of her eyes and then continues on. (Bond girl moment, much?)
The post is simple enough, but it’s hard to miss the fact that Halle looks reasonably fit and toned from head to toe.
People really noticed in the comments. “Miss Berry, Miss Berry, Miss Berry!” wrote Lenny Kravitz. “Happy Birthday Beautiful !!!! #LeoGirls,” said Michelle Williams. ‘I’m just cursed. “Oh,” commented Nadine Velazquez.
Sure, this is Halle Berry we’re talking about, but she just got herself out of Halle Berryed. Of course, Halle works really hard to make that look great.
In an essay she wrote for Women’s health in May, Halle said she was concentrating on full body workouts with her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas. “I beat all my muscles at once, abs included. And think what? My core is just as toned and strong as ever,” she wrote.
Halle said that “every workout is different” for her, and she also runs away “satisfied, knowing that I not only worked my core hard, but also the rest of my muscles.”
Oh! Halle also said that she, like everyone else, sometimes only has time for a 20-minute workout. “If anything, I’ve learned that a 20-minute workout can totally hit you in the ass,” she explained. ‘In fact, they are often themselves harder then longer. I know that if Peter makes fast programs for me, I need to get in the zone and thrive– These short sessions are really fast and dirty. ”
Halle said she would normally do circuits of five or six exercises, and that could include bodyweight movements such as jumping rope and mountaineering. “By the time I’m ready, I’m dripping, I’m breathing crazy hard, and I feel like not only have I worked out all my different muscles, but like I’ve just done some serious cardio,” she said.
