Hailey and Justin Bieber are hosting a star-studded party at their Beverly Hills mansion

Hailey and Justin Bieber throw a star-studded party at their $ 8.5 million home in Beverly Hills on Sunday night.

The hosts and guests let themselves go when they appeared to be taking social distance measures, despite repeated warnings from Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti regarding major social gatherings in the city.

Model Hailey, 23, mixed style and comfort as she walked barefoot, while musician Justin, 26, made sure partygoers let their hair down as he carried a bottle of wine into his lavish home.

The daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin cut a typical style figure when she paired a strapless top with trendy denim shorts.

While replacing her hooks for no shoes, the blonde beautified with dainty jewelry and wore her locks in a half-up half-down style.

Singer Justin, meanwhile, stood out in patterned PJ-style co-ords, which he dressed in white socks, sliders and a navy baseball cap worn backwards.

The media personality was every inch the warm host when he greeted attendees with hugs and provided alcoholic beverages.

Meetings of any size involving people from different households are prohibited under the Los Angeles County Health Code for COVID-19, with Garcetti previously promising to cut utilities in three LA homes to host house parties’ in conflict with public health orders ‘as California continues reel of the virus’ impact.

More than 2,000 Los Angeles residents have so far lost their lives to the highly contagious virus, killing 170,000 people in the United States.

But despite the ongoing threat, Kendall and Kylie Jenner were in high spirits when they climbed of her chauffeur-driven cars and made her way into her pal’s 6,132-square-foot Monterey Colonial home.

Kendall, 24, opting for a printed top-on-shoulder top and high-waisted leather pants, drew attention to her supermodel physique as she gave spectators the thumbs up.

The statue star added to her look with a pair of stiletto-heeled boots, while a sleek handbag proved her only visible accessory.

In keeping with the party’s small key setting, Sister Kylie, 23, paired her own off-the-shoulder top with a pair of casual jeans.

The cosmetics entrepreneur completed her look with stylish heels, while rich makeup further drew attention to her instantly recognizable features.

Other guests who attended the event included Jaden Smith model Winnie Harlow, who caught the eye in a blue gym vest and matching leggings as she made her way into the property.

With the threat of COVID-19 still palpable across Los Angeles, Winnie appeared to be the only guest wearing a mask when she shrugged with her celebrity friends.

The party comes amid ongoing controversy over the potential threat that home parties pose to public health.

It is understood that Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti is seeking to reduce power to at least three massive houses for violating coronavirus-related rules against social gatherings, according to local officials.

One of the houses, located in the Central Department of the city, refused to heed initial warnings and received a follow-up message the same night.

Police would not provide an address for the home, but have forwarded the address to Garcetti’s office to shut down the utilities, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The announcement followed an enormous house party that took place at a house in Mulholland Drive on August 3 and ended in a fatal shooting.

Police did not have a specific number of houses that received citations as warnings, but citations were also issued at six parties in Hollywood, two in West LA and those in divisions Wilshire, Hollenbeck and the West Valley.

Some doubt the role that police should play in closing down the parties, including a police union representing rank-and-file officials.

Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore said they agree with health officials in their determination that parties should not happen during the pandemic.

He added that police would continue to prosecute those who showed a ‘blatant contempt’ for the rules.
