Hacked URL Codes Reveal Optional 2021 Ford Bronco Tube Doors

Truck yesTrucks are fine!

the 2021 Ford Bronco Check almost all the right boxes to find an SUV you can live with, and Ford is doubling down on customization with new options, including these freshly leaked tube frame doors.

Members of the Bronco6G forums We’ve been busy dissecting the web URL from one of the public vehicle setup pages, figuring out ways to alter the letters and numbers in the web address to generate previews of various trim combinations and options, some of which we haven’t yet viewed.

The big news is the tube-frame doors, which are believed to be an additional option that can be bought and exchanged with normal doors anyway, as the SUV has been designed to do. Ford previously announced a different set of optional doors, which are cut-out half doors for those who want some exposure, but are still concerned about the vehicle’s design lines, or something like that.

The doors of the tube frame are different. In the image generated by the URL of the “hacked” website, they are graphically intertwined with the usual Bronco production doors. Surely this is just a system glitch that is probably still being resolved. Again, these images were not intended for public display yet. Too!

Other members who toyed with the URL code managed to get some different failed results, like this one showing the bumper sticking out of a wheel:

Or this one that doesn’t seem to have any fitted bumpers or runner trim:

Another hacked preview generated some good previews of what the body-color hardtop looks like in bright red, both attached and removed:

Instructions on how to play with the URL are available on the Bronco6G forums, but it appears Ford has already managed to gain access from the site. Still, the thread contains hundreds of user-generated variations, so if you’re curious about what the different colors and trim combinations might look like, take the afternoon to examine the thread.
