Here is the official description of each character in the game, which places some of the unique abilities that each brings to the table.
- Batgirl, also known as Barbara Gordon, is an established fighter and a skilled hacker. As the daughter of late Gotham commissioner Jim Gordon, she had previously helped Batman as Oracle. Now, after years of recovery and preparation, she is ready to step into her new role, master her melee tonfa, and utilize her training in kickboxing, capoeira and jiu-jitsu.
- Nightwing is Dick Grayson, the first Robin to be Batman’s protégé before becoming a hero in his own right. He is a natural leader and the oldest and wisest member of the Batman family. Nightwing’s mastery of acrobatics is complemented by his expert use of his signature double Escrima sticks, making him capable of taking out enemies.
- Red Hood, formerly known as Jason Todd, is an intense and fleeting anti-hero, who stems from his death and forced resurrection by one of Batman’s most dangerous enemies. Red Hood has trouble keeping his temper under control, but will not mind stepping into the line of fire when a friend is threatened. His training has given him peak human strength and skill in multiple combat techniques with all kinds of weapons – both traditional and high-tech.
- Robin is Tim Drake, the young prodigy and genius of the team, who is a master of deductive reasoning. As a true believer in Batman’s mission, he is motivated by the belief that Gotham City needs protection and hopes to personify the type of hero Batman. Robin is an expert fighter, armed with his collapsible quarterback and skilled in a variety of stealth techniques, and also has a background in combined psychological warfare and behavioral sciences.
