Republican candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia had sharp words for Second Chamber member Nancy Pelosi during her victory speech after a runoff primary election Tuesday.
Greene, who defeated John Cowan to earn the GOP nomination for Georgia’s 14th Congress District, is not wasting time going to the Democratic leader.

“She’s a hypocrite. She’s anti-American. And we’ll kick that b —- out of Congress,” Greene said.
Greene’s honor was not just directed at Democrats, as she threw her victory in the face of her own party after a number of Republican leaders came out against her.
“The GOP establishment, the media, and the radical links, spent months & millions of dollars attacking me,” she tweeted. “Last night the people of Georgia stood up and said we will not be intimidated or believe those lies.”

Greene was under heightened scrutiny and attacks came after social media videos showed their support for QAnon conspiracy theories and promoting views condemned as racist, Islamophobic and anti-Semitic.
Several prominent Republicans express disgust at Greene’s remarks, including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, of California, Rep. Georgia’s Jody Hice, who withdrew his support for Greene, and Louisiana’s Minority Whip Steve Scalise, who threw his support behind Cowan.

“The remarks made by Ms Greene are disgusting and do not reflect the values of equality and decency that make our country great,” Scalise said in a statement to Politico. “I will support Dr. Cowan.”
Greene will consider Democratic candidate Kevin Van Ausdal in the November general election.
