Google wants Android 11 Beta 3 feedback in the final survey

Google on Thursday released the definitive preview of the next major release of its mobile operating system. As with the first two releases, an Android 11 Beta 3 survey attempts one last round of feedback.

Thank you very much for all your beta feedback through the program. It has been instrumental in helping us get to the final phase of the release. With the public release of Android 11 just a few weeks away, we want your feedback about Beta 3 on your Pixel device.

It starts by building your device and number. The anonymous survey surveys users about “Android Feature / Area Satisfaction” in 10 areas, including battery, camera, and app experience.

Then there is the question of whether you want to recommend [Beta 3] to your friends and family ”in the current state. This is followed by how “this beta build compares to the previous Android 11 beta build”, with four options: “Better,” “Same,” “Worse,” and “I have not tried the previous beta build.”

This leads the Android team to ask about the “top problem area you encountered” and whether it would cause you to quit the Android Beta program. The Android 11 Beta 3 survey closes an opportunity to “provide additional feedback about your experience.”

It’s one last chance to raise issues, with the Android Feedback app and tracker for public issues also still available. Android 11 is officially expected by the end of next month.
