‘Gigolos’ actor Ash Armand arrested for allegedly beating woman to death


“Gigolos” actor Ash Armand was arrested Friday for allegedly beating a woman to death.

According to a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department press release, officers responded to Block 8400 of Blackstone Ridge Court to obtain a report from a woman who was not responding. Upon arrival, officers found the deceased woman, showing “signs of trauma.” Armand, whose real name is Akshaya Kubiak, was arrested.

Through an investigation, detectives discovered that the victim, who has not yet been identified, and Armand were “friends.”

“Detectives believe that Kubiak was under the influence of narcotics and beat the victim to death,” the statement said.

The actor was arrested on an open murder charge and transported to the Clark County Detention Center. The identification, as well as the cause and form of death, of the victim will be disclosed by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
