Giants vs. Buchanan’s score: Tampa won behind Tom Brady’s two TD passes and Daniel Jones’ two behind INT

The Buccaneers, trailing 14-3 in the first half, rallied to beat the Giants 25-23 on “Monday Night Football.” Tampa Bay were sweating for their sixth win, as rookie defensive back Antoine Winfield Jr. broke Daniel Jones’ two-point pass that tied the game with 28 seconds left.

Tampa turned the second-half intercept of Bay Jones into 10 points. Tom Brady’s third quarter touchtown pass Rob Gronkowski gave the Buccaneers the first lead. Tampa Bay, after a Giants field goal, regained the lead with Mike Evans on Brady’s eight-yard touchdown pass with 9:02 left. The Giants’ defense, which played well most of the night, gave their team a chance to tie the score after catching the Buccaneers for a field goal on their drive.

Jones, who engineered three Giants scoring drives early in the game, completed a two-clutch fourth down pass before hitting the Golden Tate with 18 seconds left to score 18 guards. Jones, who beat Dion Lewis for a touchdown in the first quarter, was unable to reconnect with Lewis on the Giants’ two-point attempt as the Buccaneers escaped their sixth win of the season.
