Storylines
Ub burn: Taig has a flat-out stud in a wide receiver at Seth Williams, a matchup nightmare for any defense in the country. The connection between Williams and Knicks was evident in the second part when the two came together not only for two touchdowns, but on a touchdown pass, which was placed entirely by Knicks, where only Williams could advance them. Now the crime must proceed. Coordinator Chad Morris has plenty of weapons to weave into the scheme, including trace star Anthony Schwartz, P. Eli Alley Stove and a running back group that runs four-deep.
The other side of the ball will be amazing in this match. Led by KJ Britt, Uran Bern’s linebackers are monsters, and Kevin Steele is unlikely to be threatened by quarterback Statson Bennett IV or JT Daniels. Because of this, Steele is expected to dial blitzes from all over the place to confuse the orgzia signal-callers and push them to errors.
Georgia: Daniels was cleared to return medically, but coach Kirby Smart has not revealed whether he will start with Bennett. Either way, the Bulldogs will have to find a running game. Neither Zamir White nor James Cook were crank against Hoggs. If giant receiver George Pickens and the rest of his unit are going to go deeper and deeper, Smart will have to find a way to get things back into the field.
The defense is just nasty for Georgia. The group held Arkansas at just 2.2 yards per game and 1 of of held on last week’s third down, giving the Bulldogs plenty of time to figure out how to fix their unsatisfactory offense. Linebackers Nakobe Dean, Quaker Werker, Nolan Smith and Monty Rice were all in the spotlight, and eye discipline must be maintained against the Tigers’ offense, which should include more eye candy in Week-201 in the plan.
