Georgia Democrat Biden Biden’s “Failure Record” Says “It’s Too Late” For Former Vice President

Georgia Democratic State Representative Vernon Jones, who backed President Trump for re-election in April, told “Overtime Overturned” on Tuesday that presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden “has a history of failure.”

Jones added that Biden has had “40 strange years to do something good … in economic terms and he has not done it.”

Last week, Biden proposed spending $ 700 billion on American products and research in hopes of recovering millions of jobs lost to an economy crushed by the coronavirus pandemic.

“Suddenly, he has a plan to go out and do what President Trump has already shown he can do in just three and a half years,” Jones said Tuesday.

The legislator noted that before the pandemic there was “a record [low] number of unemployed, small businesses [were] they prospered, people had job opportunities, big business and small business thrived, the areas that were going through the depression with ‘opportunity zone’ districts, those areas got assistance, so this president, president Trump, He has a solid record. ”

“Joe Biden cannot get up late at night and claim he had an early start yesterday,” he continued. “It is too late for him.”

Jones made waves when he supported Trump earlier this year, citing the incumbent’s support for criminal justice reform and historically black colleges and universities. The endorsement resulted in a rapid pullback from other state Democrats.

On Tuesday, Jones said President Trump “is about results.”

“That is why I put my country before my game, because this president is about doing things,” Jones continued. “He has done it with job opportunities, he has finished with the prison reform, he has done it in many other areas.”
