George Clooney says his life has changed for the better since the first time he met his wife, Amal.

He told CBS Sunday Morning: ‘There is no question that the implementation in my life has changed everything for me. It was the first time that anything he did and everything about him was more important than anything about me. ‘

Referring to their children, he added: ‘And then we had these two knockheads. It accomplishes so much and I didn’t see anything coming … at all.

After developing a reputation as one of Hollywood’s most deserving graduates, Clooney’s decision to marry came as a surprise to those outside her inner circle.

And he admitted that the execution took several minutes before accepting the marriage proposal, he admitted but surprised him.

He said: ‘We never talked about marriage when we were dating. I asked him out of the blue, it took him a long time to say yes. I was on my knees for like 20 minutes, I finally said, “Look, I’ll throw my hip.”

The couple was equally indifferent when it came to raising a family, until they realized that Amal was expecting twins.

He added: ‘We never talked about having kids, and then one day we just said, “What do you think?” We go to the doctor and you do the ultrasound. They’re like, “You got a baby boy!” And I said, “Baby boy, great!” Was like and they go, “And you got another one there.”

‘I was for one. Again, I’m old. Suddenly, it’s two. It’s hard for me not to talk and I’m just staring at the paper for 10 minutes, like looking at this piece of paper, “What? Two?”

In the same interview, the award-winning actor and filmmaker said that he has been cutting his own hair for more than two decades.

‘My hair is really like straw,’ Clooney said of eating her thick, salt-pepper-spice. ‘So easy to cut, can’t really make a lot of mistakes. So many years ago I bought a thing called Flowerbee. ‘
