There is no doubt that Michigan is ready for its next challenge. That test was to come against NC State tonight, but instead, Chrysler Center hosted a final tune-up game.
The Wolverines put together the best 40-minute excitement of the regular season on both sides of the court, but now we see UM playing against teams with a significant talent loss of 205 minutes this season. Just happened a lot now.
Michigan has the best face to face through the match, but it’s time to do it right, and there are no more toledos or bowling greens on the schedule. The Wolverines have not faced a top-opp 75 opponent this year, but 19 of the remaining 20 games are against the top 75 teams and more difficult tests are coming up with Sunday.
Michigan played a great game on Wednesday night, but what it really tells us is that it’s time to get to the next stage of the season.
