Galyn Gorg’s cause of death after doctors warned him he was only days old


Actress Galyn Gorg died Tuesday after a tragic health battle.

The 55-year-old woman’s death came after doctors diagnosed her with cancer throughout the body and lungs.

After the diagnosis, medical professionals warned the American star that she was only days old, it was revealed on the GoFundMe page that it was created in memory of the actress and to raise funds for the funeral expenses.

A message started on the charity page: “Galyn Gorg was and is a huge part of our family, she means a lot to each of us.”

Galyn Gorg died Tuesday after a battle with cancer.

Detailing his medical condition, the message continued: “He was diagnosed with cancer throughout the body and lungs.

“The doctors claimed that he only had days, maybe a week to live, and after staying optimistic and praying for a miracle, he sadly passed away.”

The statement continued: “We did not know how sick she was, as the diagnosis was a shock to the entire family.

“We quickly bought tickets to Oahu without a second thought, since she was receiving treatment there.”

The statement ended: “Since we spend a great deal of time and money, we are now seeking donations for funeral services.

Galyn’s sister announced the news of her passing through a Facebook post on Wednesday.

Born in California, Galyn won roles in many great productions throughout her career; she played a character named Helena in an episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in 1996, and a character named Angie in the 1990 film RoboCop 2.

He had a guest role alongside Tony Todd in the acclaimed episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, The Visitor, where he played a Bajoran woman named Korena.

The beauty grew up in Hawaii and studied liberal arts at Santa Monica City College.

Her first acting role was in a 1983 Ray Parker, Jr music video for I Still Can’t Get Over Loving You.
