Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G cameras may hit future A-series phones, Samsung tips

After reports that Samsung Electro-Mechanics, the subsidiary supplying the Galaxy S and Note line cameras, will be gracing the Series A with optical image stabilization, now comes a crazier forecast.

During his second-quarter earnings conference call, the head of Samsung Electro-Mechanics is now on record saying his higher-resolution cameras will be coming to Samsung’s A-series of mid-range phones, reports The elec. Hope for?
That’s right, after it recently became clear that Samsung’s mobile division isn’t high-end Galaxy S or Note phones, but rather series A, the company is preparing to fix them even more and make them more attractive. Or, as Mr. Bae Kwang-wook says:
Since the recently announced Galaxy A71 5G already carries Samsung’s 64MP sensor, there’s only one option left for even higher resolutions in the next members of the series, and that’s the 108MP camera that’s on the Galaxy S20 Ultra and will be in the Note 20 Ultra, complete with 5x optical zoom kit.

In short, Galaxy A 2021 models, some of which can be announced as early as December, if history is an indication, can borrow this year’s Galaxy S-line or Note camera kits to increase their appeal and expand the Samsung’s market share.
