And Gail King bravely opened up via Instagram on Saturday morning about getting about 13 lbs during the COVID-19 quarantine.

To be as transparent as possible, King included five photos taken in the last few months showing him on a scale in weight.
Progressive snapshots revealed that the King started with a weight of 159.2 lbs and, according to its most recent weight, is currently 172.2 lbs.
Gayle notes in the post’s caption that even though his doctor told him that his “ideal weight” comes in at 163 pounds, that number “doesn’t happen quickly.”
