Due to the shorter season and impact on the game, all of the Yahoo Fantasy Baseball Pro Leagues that were drafted prior to the revised schedule announcement will be canceled. Please review our Cancellation Policy as defined in our Yahoo Sports Paid Fantasy Terms of Service. Your league registration fee will be refunded to your Yahoo Fantasy Wallet; Check your Yahoo account for more details.

You can join a new Yahoo Fantasy Baseball Pro League with the updated calendar.

All private leagues with a cash league contest will have the contest canceled and league members will soon receive a refund on their Fantasy Wallet. Contact your league commissioner to answer questions or concerns.

Commissioners can reset the draft and create a new cash-based contest.

With a 60 game schedule, we have changed the default maximum entries and position limits proportionally. Pitchers will now have 525 maximum innings and position players will have a maximum of 60 games played.

We will increase the number of default IL slots from two to four to account for possible coronavirus illness / contact and other injuries as players get back into shape. For private leagues, find out how to customize your league roster positions here.

There will be no change to the job eligibility requirements. Players will need five starts or 10 total appearances in one position to qualify, while pitchers require three starts to start, or five relief appearances to qualify as relievers.

We are evaluating options for Guardian Leagues who may not want to participate in a shortened fantasy season.

  • The default trade deadline has been moved to September 6.

  • If a game goes to additional innings, a runner will start at second base in additional innings. The pitcher will not be charged with a race won if the player scores.

  • All games that start and are postponed later will be considered suspended and statistics will count. Previously the games had to be official (4 1/2 or 5 tickets)

  • Thanks for playing Yahoo Fantasy Baseball. We can’t wait for the season to start and play catch!
