Four Texas children were abducted and considered at serious risk, hours after an amber warning was issued for them.
The warning was issued for Gabriella Garcia on Sunday morning, 10; Julian Garcia, 7; Sebastian Garcia, 3; And Giovanna Garcia, 2, who had been missing for several days.
The four children were last seen on the evening of December 15 in the Austin neighborhood, according to Austin’s NBC TV station KXN.
In order to issue an amber warning, law enforcement must assume that a child or children have an immediate risk of serious bodily harm or death.

The children were not allegedly harmed, and the warning has been revoked.
The CBS TV station in Wako said the case was being handled civilly by Child Protection Services, KWTX.
Police have not said they have arrested 32-year-old suspect Cesar Giovanna Garcia, who was wanted in connection with the abduction.
Garcia has had several previous arrests and charges, including in 2008, theft, evading arrest, driving with a suspended license, and several assaults.
