Fortnite Captain America Skin Release date supposedly revealed

Captain America comes to the Fortnite Item Buy soon, according to a new report. Thanks to the latest update for PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and the mobile game Battle Royale, we know that Captain America is coming to Fortnite Season 3 this week. However, previously, it was not clear when exactly the skin would fall. However, a new report from a prominent Fortnite Dataminer and the content creator claim that the skin will be released tomorrow in the Item Shop along with a custom Item Shop background.

The report comes through HypeX, which unfortunately doesn’t disclose how much the skin will cost, how it looks, or how this information was obtained. The answer to the latter is probably a data mining leak, but this is not confirmed.

In the meantime, it’s unclear whether the launch will be just a skin or a larger cosmetic set with a recoil and harvest tool. Presumably, this release will be a cosmetic set, but again, this is unclear, let alone confirmed.

It is important to note that HypeX says the skin will be available at the next Item Store reboot, not the one that will occur today in about seven hours.

Of course, everything here should be taken with a grain of salt. While it’s pretty clear that the Marvel hero is coming to the game this week, it’s not so obvious that it will happen in the next Item Store update.

At press time, Epic Game has not commented on this latest report, and is very, very unlikely to do so. Usually the game maker does not comment on leaks, rumors, reports or any information of the unofficial variety.

Fortnite It is available for free through PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. For more news, rumors, leaks, and any other coverage on the popular battle royale game, click here or check out the relevant links below:
