For King and Country, Kirk Franklin and Tori Kelly team up for the ‘Global Goal’ concert: see

For King & Country (Luke and Joel Smallbone) teamed up with pop singer Tori Kelly and great gospel Kirk Franklin for an exciting performance of their collaboration “Together” on Saturday (June 27) for the concert “Global Goal: Unite for Our Future “.

With artists dressed in white T-shirts and standing together against a black background, they harmonized as images of Black Lives Matter protesters, many with signs bearing the name of George Floyd, appeared on the screen.

“If you are looking for hope tonight, raise your hand / If you feel lonely and do not understand / If you are fighting in the fight of your life, then stand up / Let’s get this out of hand,” they sang.

The “Global Goal” event is intended to shed light on communities disproportionately affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Miley Cyrus, Shakira, J Balvin, Jennifer Hudson, Coldplay, Usher, Justin Bieber and Quavo, Christine and the Queens and Yemi Alade took the virtual stage.
