Five new things to finish in ‘Destiny 2’ now even more things are being deleted

Now, if Bungie keeps dumping things in the Destiny Content Vault, the more of these articles telling you to do things before it’s too late, I should write.

Bungie lei de fol reach the Destiny Content Vault in a TWAB this week, confirm or add various things to it. We have whoever won the Gambit War, and the vault of just about everything in Black Armory and Season of the Drifter, along with Red War and a few other things on Earth that are going away, even though it’s not a solar planet.

So, where to start? Here are five new things you should definitely do now, as we are now 100% clear on what will be going on with Beyond Light in a few months.

1. More titles

Before this new update, it was possible that at least a few titles would transfer papers to still exist, with the gap holes being filled. But no? It’s pretty clear to me that Blacksmith and Reckoner in particular are completely gone. Shadow was already dead, as it required on Menagerie and Crown of Sorrow. Smith might have demolished the Scourge game, but now that Forges is leaving as well, that’s essentially every thing tied to the title.

Reckoner will now also be completely gone, given that Gambit Prime Armor and Reckoning will no longer exist in Beyond Light. The title of the one question mark is Wayfarer, which requires at least some things from Vaulted Zones, but it is possible that these requirements can be removed. But yes, if you need anything to do in the next three months, these titles will probably all be for good retirement, and it will be a badge of honor (like madness, in Reckoner’s case) if you do them. to have.

2. Exotic catalysts

This is something we did not know until this last update, that although demand exotics (and raid exotics) will exist in some sort of new Memorial system in Beyond Light, many exotic catalysts tied to vaulted destinations are completely eliminated, possibly until season 13 or 14, and we do not know in what form they will return. Here is the full list:

  • Bad Juju
  • The Huckleberry
  • Burden of Izanagi
  • Legend of Acrius
  • Polaris Lance
  • Skyburner’s Oath
  • Sleeper Simulant *
  • Telesto *
  • Outbreak perfect
  • Whisper of the Worm *
  • Worldline Zero *

The asterisks mean you should not only get the catalyst, but also complete it before vaulting takes effect, because completion is bound to leave destinations.

As for “interest”, I would rank some of these above others. Huckleberry has one of the most playable catalysts in the game, and it’s one of the easier to get here, because all you have to do is perform Mercury heroic adventures for a chance to fall. Izanagi’s is important and requires only one heroic Menagerie run. Sleeper and Telesto, buried in the Prestige raid counters, can be annoying to get, but both are extremely good (I really hope these were easier to get now). Breakdown in particular is necessary, when running heroic Zero Hour, when you want the most DPS for 6x Outbreak Straters, or just orbs at kill for the weapon. I consider Whisper’s Box Breathing less important.

3. Forge the thing

Now that we know Forges is leaving, there are quite a few different things to “get done” here.

God rolls weapons: Yes, they are put under sun, and yet you can still rip Crucible with a Feeding Frenzy rampage Blast Furnace, and who does not want Kill Clip Rampage Kindled Orchid? The weapons are sunset, not death.

Emblems / Niobe: Lots of cool Forge emblems out there for accomplishing certain things, and maybe best of all is completing Niobe Labs, a “pointless” bit of content perhaps, but a complicated, interesting puzzle that will no doubt resonate with everyone else will be deleted forges, and you will get a commemorative emblem and Ghost for your problems. I do not regret it, despite the frustration of getting it done.

Platinum Starling: This is the one I recently finished, 100 forged weapons for a unique exotic ship that is truly one of the coolest in the game. I had literally been off this for years, but when I realized the blacksmiths were gone, I sat down and finished my last ten.

Bad Bad Juju Quest

We all thought it would happen, but now it’s officially confirmed that yes, Tribute Hall is indeed gone with all its test holograms and that means the Bad Juju question is gone too It’s a very good question, one I was a bit sad to run only once, so I would highly recommend doing it now, as we know for sure that Tribute Hall has died. This is also true for getting the catalytic converter, because it really helps and restarts the gun, now we have no idea if it will show up again in 3-6 months, so better to just get it now, while you can .

5. Zero hours

People thought it would survive because it is not bound to any destination for sunset, but Bungie removes it anyway. While you can get Outbreak in the Memorial system, Zero Hour is just such a good piece of content overall, it’s worth running just to experience it.

The same goes for their heroic mode, which has some of the most challenging jumping puzzles in the game, and it’s an experience to see through to the end. Heroic is also how you get the catalyst I mentioned, which requires a few different runes, and takes the gun to the next level. It’s a shame this is going away, and I’m not sure I’m buying the reason (“the old Tower is part of the Red War campaign” yes okay).

Those are my five for now. Bonus: Complete the Red War campaign of course if you have not, because it is very good, and would never come back, I would think.
