Artemis Fowl star Josh Gad wrapped up his Reunited Apart web series on Sunday by bringing together the cast of the critically acclaimed teen comedy Ferris Bueller’s Day Off from 1986.
But the 45-minute charity special on the classic class dropout eventually turned into a full tribute to its director, the late great John Hughes.
Among the topics reviewed was the 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder, which in most scenes was actually a replica of a casing on a Ford V8 stunt car.

Gad was surprised to hear that Broderick injured his knee while filming the weather scene, hindering his performance during the parade scene.
