The deal is here … Dion and Chance, after starting a friendship on Twitter, are working together on an initiative to feed homeless people. Chance announced Tuesday at Wind City in Chicago that they will raise money with a new song – and TMZ’s Learned The Weekend will join their collaborators.
Son of Dione, Diane Damon Elliott, Tells TMZ … He is writing and producing a track called “Nothing’s Impossible”. The DDA says it decided to initiate proceedings after calling Dione over the weekend, where he expressed how food insecurity is personal to him. The Weekend itself was once homeless.

We are told that the song will benefit from the flow money Hunger is not impossible … an organization that brings together people in need of prepaid, nutritious two-go meals from local rest restaurants across the country.
DDA says the track will come down early next year … They haven’t noted a release date because production is in the early stages. We are told that Dion has sent some of his singers to Opportunity and The Weekend.
