Fawcett says he would advise against additional travel restrictions in the UK as the country is equipped with a new coronavirus variant


Dr. Anthony Fawcett told CNN that while the U.S. must “keep an eye on it without a doubt,” he warned, “we don’t want to overreact” and said that if a flight from the UK were to be postponed. Advice will be given, if this matter arises. White House Coronavirus Task Force meeting on Monday.

France, meanwhile, announced a temporary ban on all travel and set a potential disaster for trade between the two countries, with fares on Sunday night. France said it was working to bring in a European-wide health protocol that would allow rents to flow again.

On Monday morning, Giroire, the White House’s coronavirus test tsar, told CNN’s John Berman on “New Day” that the new variant was causing the U.K. Or U.K. There is currently no information on a possible travel ban.
