Father John Misty announces a new hymn +3 EP


Father John Misty will release a new EP tomorrow (July 3) called Anthem +3. The four-track release begins with a remake of Leonard Cohen’s “Anthem” (from 1992 The future) The EP is completed by three songs that Misty has previously covered: “Fallin ‘Rain” by Link Wray, “Trouble” by Yusuf / Cat Stevens and “One of Us Cannot Be Wrong” by Leonard Cohen. Anthem +3 It will be available on Father John Misty’s Bandcamp page, along with the site’s free artist sales day. Proceeds from the EP will benefit CARE Action and Ground Game LA. The EP will be released via DSP on July 14 (via Sub Pop / Bella Union).
