Father and son magician receive a standing ovation from SPOOKED Simon Cowell [VIDEO]


We have seen many magical actions on Britain’s Got Talent, but James and Dylan Piper are something special. The father and son worked together earlier this season for an unusual routine that left Judge Simon Cowell with his mouth on the floor.

The act was made even more important because it finally involved Simon’s son Eric, who was present in the studio while the show was being filmed. It led to a sweet father-son moment.

James began the routine by asking Simon to choose an item from his son Dylan’s wish list. After this, Simon had the name of his son Eric written on a playing card he had chosen, which James then disappeared.

That was when Dylan gave up, surprisingly the Britain’s Got Talent judges by appearing in public holding a purse containing Simon’s card. But that was not all. With the help of Dylan’s brother Joseph, she revealed the name of Simon’s card (the five of hearts) on a sign that was on stage.

It turned out that there was a hidden message in the way these words were written that paid homage to Simon and his son Eric. But Simon’s mind was really blown away when he shared the item he had chosen from Dylan’s wish list (a jet ski), only to discover a photo of him and Eric riding on a jet ski to the other side of the sign.

It was clear from Simon’s face that James and Dylan’s achievements were over Britain’s Got Talent blew him away. When it was over, he called his son Eric to the judges’ table to sit with him. Simon called the deed “really, really special.”

“I love the fact that it was a family affair, and everything connected to him and I,” he said. “I liked the presentation. A really, really great audition of you all. ”

Amanda Holden called it an ‘amazing audition’, and said she loved the father-son relationship. Alesha Dixon said it was “really emotional and just lovely.” David Walliams went so far as to call the audition “spine-tingling.”

All four judges voted “yes” to forward the action to the next round, and Simon added that they actually had five “yes” votes because Eric also approved of the act.
