Joy-Anna has documented her pregnancy on the couple’s Instagram and YouTube channel Follow the Forsyths. However, a recent change in routine has made some fans think that Joy-Anna has secretly given birth to her daughter.
Another ‘Counting On’ baby shower
As fans know, Joy-Anna is one of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 19 children. Her second baby will be the 18th grand-Duggar born in the family. The Duggars are pros when it comes to baby showers.
In July, the Duggar ladies came together for Joy’s baby shower. Images from the event show that the party is presented with decorations of white, yellow and rose gold. The Duggar women enjoyed some games and Joy-Anna opened presents.
The mom-to-be also posed for photos with her mother and her sisters Jana, Jessa, Johanna, Jennifer, Jordyn, and Josie. Fans also noticed that Jill Duggar stood up for the festivities, as did Joy-Anna’s sisters-in-law, and her existence, Carlin Bates.
Jill does not appear often at Duggar events anymore. Her husband, Derick Dillard, has revealed that they need Jim Bob’s permission to visit the family home.
Baby showers are a regular occurrence in the Duggar household. But there is one thing that Joy-Anna is planning for this pregnancy that is contrary to family tradition.
Joy-Anna Duggar plans to give birth in a hospital
Joy-Anna and Austin are all the parents of two-year-old Gideon, whom they welcomed in February 2018. Prior to the birth of her son, Joy-Anna had plans to deliver at home, as is Duggar tradition. Complications, however, forced Austin to bring Joy-Anna to the hospital.
This time, Joy-Anna is planning to give baby number two in the hospital. However, she said in a YouTube video that she was upset about her mother and sisters not being allowed in the hospital.

“I’m shocked because with all this COVID stuff, I totally understand why, but it’s just awkward because my mom’s unable to be and my sisters are unable to be at my birth. to be, “said the 22-year-old. “It’s just going to be Austin and me.”
Joy-Anna said she was hoping they could get a hospital room with a window. This would allow her family to see her daughter when she is born.

The mother-of-one posted multiple times each week. But in August, Joy-Anna posted only three times. In those photos, fans saw that Joy-Anna’s belly ‘fell’, indicating that the baby was coming soon.
Between the drip and the lack of messages, some fans are of the opinion that Joy-Anna has secretly given birth and is just waiting to introduce her daughter to the world.
The Sun pointed out that one of the upstarts remarked, “Joy’s not placed, maybe she had the baby!” Another added, “My judgment is that she went into labor the night she posted this.”
The next day, however, Joy-Anna posted another picture with 39 weeks. She wrote in the title, ‘Always now, girl! 💕 ‘
