Jenner then told him that she thought they were “a little big” and suggested that he “cut” them to make them smaller.
Throughout the scene, Disick seemed confused by Jenner’s opinion about his earlobes. He called her “sick” for suggesting he underwent surgery to repair his ears and even said Jenner made him “uncomfortable”.

While some fans believe that the discussion between Jenner and Disick could have been made purely for TV, some people think that the Kardashian-Jenner siblings all grew up and heard constant criticism about various parts of their bodies.
