The Fall Guys bottom issue has returned as the game begins in its first weekend.
Players have reported problems finding a match since the servers online came back fresh Fall Guys patch notes earlier today. While developer Mediatonic earlier this week deliberately took the Fall Guys servers (specifically their Matchmaking services) to manage the server load, this time it has not made any announcements about taking such measures.
This is the latest recent status update of the official Fall Guys server status Twitter account since around 2:30 pm EDT. It seems that the developers are still getting things from the recent update and are currently focusing on stabilizing the situation.

Mediatonic took down the Fall Guys servers earlier today to implement some “optimizations and improvements” to the backend of the game, ideally to keep it stable throughout the weekend. Some players still seem to be able to connect and play matches, but GR’s own Iain Wilson has gone several afternoons without managing to get an afternoon into a game.
