A nice gesture in the wake of server problems
Fall Guys had a rough time keeping up with his very popular first week, and even over the weekend, players were dealing with all too frequent disconnections. Things are getting smoother now – I could not tell you the last time I fell out of a match – and we’m getting a gift of apology for the server problems.
Along with an update to repair a tragic Fall Mountain crown-climbing glitch and add a new finale called Jump Showdown, Mediatonic has given players 5,000 Kudos to spend in the store and a fully legendary Prickles costume. If you have ever opened “the game for midnight tonight” then you are good to go – the currency and outfit will be in the inventory after updating without any extra steps.
You may not want to wander like a cactus in a sea of cacti, but the costume is fun to wear when you’re trying to knock it out the most (the keyword is most) of the trophies in Fall Guys. Some, like “Catwalk Model”, carry legendary custom items, and these often cost Crowns, not Kudos.
I love some outfits, especially the purple ninja clothes, but my jelly-bean husband needs to run free.
