Fall Guys has started a Twitter market battle for charity and Warframe wants in

Oh, those stupid Fall Guys! Now they are gone and began an all-out bidding war, pissed-off clout-hungry Twitter brand accounts against each other for a chance at a coveted Fall Guys skin. The winner will be the brand that commits the most money towards a UK-based charity that helps players with a disability.

Since the launch of Fall Guys, official market accounts on Twitter have been following developer Mediatonic to create crossover skins for the quirky little battle royale game. PC component manufacturer AOROUS, G Fuel energy drink, Chuck E. Cheese, KontrolFreek… even though the likes of KFC has made designs for Fall Guys. Today, Fall Guys’ official account announced that Mediatonic will accept a pitch from the company that makes the biggest monetary plan to SpecialEffect, the UK non-profit that helps gamers with physical disabilities by providing equipment such as adaptive controllers and eye control systems.

There’s already a pretty intense bidding war going on, and it’s producing some designs that are actually cool. Rivals of Aether, a Smash Bros.-style fighting game, tawiisd $ 10,000 and offered a Fall Guys Ranno outfit. Warframe also came into action, setting up the ante with a $ 20,000 pledge and a Lotus outfit.

Here’s that design, featuring art by Tenno designer Cole Rudge:

Another bid came in from Pink Gorilla, an independent video game retailer in Seattle, and more came in from sports organizations, clothing brands, and energy drink manufacturers.

As it is now, Fall Guys is already getting a skin of Team Fortress, and it has been two of Steam’s top 10 best-selling games since shortly after launch. The game has sold more than two million copies on Steam.

We will be excited to see who wins this prize, which lasts two weeks. In the meantime, we jump to our own crowns (if we can perfect our Slime Club run, that is).
