Fall Guys: Brands start Charity Bidding War to get skin in the game

Fall Guys have launched a “Battle of the Brands” contest to bring themed skins to the game, in support of UK charity Special Effect. Announced via the Twitter by Fall Guys, the match will last two weeks, at which point the highest bidder will work with Mediatonic to bring a branded skin to the game.

The winning donation will go to Special Effect, a charity aimed at “bringing fun and inclusion back into the lives of people with physical disabilities by helping them play video games.” You can learn more about the Special Effect mission statement here.

In less than 16 hours, the total of donations has already been broken $ 100,000, with bids arriving from many high profile brands including G2 Esports, Warframe and The Sidemen.

Warframe started bidding at $ 20,000, opted to adapt the design of ‘The Lotus’ for Fall Guys as they won. YouTube Brand The later doubled Warframe’s bid with a donation of $ 40,000, before being replaced by a number of brands last night.

The current highest bidder is G2 Esports at $ 130,003, who posted a concept for a Samurai-themed Fallur Guy to go along with its branding. We are sure this will not be the last bid for the last two weeks.
