Ezekiel Elliott He has clearly reached a breaking point with critics of his game … the Dallas Cowboys star simply went on an epic tirade, applauding enemies who say he has missed a step.
“Check the statistics,” said Zeke. “Since entering this league, I have dominated year after year. Put some RESPECT on my behalf.”
The 24-year-old has been criticized multiple times in recent days … an anonymous coach last week ranked him as the 11th best RB in the NFL.
Just a few days later, meanwhile, his Madden rating came out … and he was only 92 overall, making him the fourth-best player in the game.
Zeke decided to lash out at the criticism on Thursday … insisting that he remains the same guy who entered the league in 2016 and destroyed everyone.
“Nearly 1,800 yards of scrimmage and 14 touchdowns with no training ground [last season] and now I’m not the same back, “said Elliott.
“I appreciate the standard that you maintain me although hahaha. But I promise you that no one has a higher standard than me.”
The Cowboys clearly think highly of him … they made sure he had a long term deal last summer, something they didn’t do with the QB star Dak Prescott on Wednesday.
