If alliances get dirty, the new Head of Household has the chance to shape the game around them.
It’s still very early in the “Big Brother All-Stars” season for this very crazy eruption, but here we are. Can last week’s alliances survive Memphis’ crazy government of power?
Will the new Head of Household shape the game and the growing alliances around him or her, as Cody did in Week 1, or will they go rough and not really work with someone like Memphis did?

Perhaps the craziest thing is that with all these big cannons in the house two of the least threatening players were targeted. We love that Nicole A quite blatantly exclaims big, strong Memphis for targeting little ol ‘her in a house with real threats.
That said, she did it after final night last season and a finish in third place, so she is not a slouch in this game.
As for David, well, he never really got a chance to play, making him the true wild card of this season. And he plays perfectly like.

Ends and Frenemies
David seemed to have a very solid social game last season, even from outside the action, but he has been an absolute disaster this season. Sure, he works clear corners and puts support on, but his conversation with Da’Vonne was crippling city.
This while she really keeps talking to him about the game. He may not know the pact she made with herself before the game started to never vote anyone who saw her, but this was a woman who clearly stood out for him.
David basically did everything he could to get Da’Vonne not only to vote him out, but in the future not to want to work with him at all if he survived the night. If you have a voice in your pocket, why are you fighting against it?
We could ask Nicole A the same question. Janelle and Kaysar worked feverishly to save her and she kept letting them out continuously and letting everyone else in their heads get the idea that they were not their friends.
It got so bad that Janelle actually clashed on a personal level and thought Nicole A didn’t even have her as a friend anymore. And Nicole A had the best read last season about the house, confidence when she should and distrust when she shouldn’t. Her gut failed her this time.
In the end, it would cost them their game. Afraid to let the biggest targets in the house leave her allies, Nicole A instead fell to the power of the biggest alliance in the house she could not even see – Janelle saw most of it.

Allined and Maligned
Unfortunately, Janelle and Kaysar also play with dangerous blinds. Janelle talks to Memphis about the fourth (which he agreed with), while Kaysar talks about possibly forming a new alliance, including Christmas (which is also in line with the well-known four).
If Memphis and Christmas can at least keep their involvement at the down-low, it strengthens the Commission – assuming they survive its lame government, where it does not achieve big goals anywhere in the House.
We like the idea of Kaysar and Janelle forming an alliance with Da’Vonne and Bayleigh, but it probably does not seem to be happening. That duo is apparently poison in the house, with no one feeling brave enough to work with them.
At this point, it seems inevitable that Janelle and / or Kaysar will be away for the next few weeks, once someone has the nerve to take the shot, because they can not find any friends in this house.
But they would be incredible allies, if you play it right, because they will always be the target. Or will we really see that a tenuous alliance with six people runs a house of 14 people. It’s happened before, but you would hope that All-Stars could be a bit savvy.

Power begins power
As always, it comes down to the question of whether we get an interesting Head of Household. We thought Memphis would be boring because he was a member of Cody’s alliance, so just more of the same. If the Commission retains power, will it remain lame?
It was almost whole, heel interesting. First, Ian steps into the lead and he’s about as wild card as they come. Janelle proved why she is an absolute beast at leagues, and completed the task in the shortest time with more than a second.
Hawar, she was one point sorry for the winner for the weak, Tyler. Which would mean we’re in for a treat. But will it be the first week of big moves?
Tyler was fairly critical of Memphis not taking the shot against Janelle and Kaysar. And after Janelle almost took HOH from him, everyone remembers how dangerous she is, will he have the nerve to take that shot in week 3?
If so, will he put them aside, and guarantee that at least one of them goes home? Neither can play in the Safety Suite, but Power of Veto could really ruin him if he didn’t direct them directly.
Speaking of the Safety Suite, the only ones left here to play are Dani, Enzo, Memphis, Nicole F and Tyler himself. The only one who is not in an alliance that is officially with Tyler is Enzo, but he is also no target. That this twist will be completely useless this week.

Houseguest Report Cards
Cody Calafiore en Tyler Crispen can share the top spot this week. Tyler deserves his way here, but we still feel like Cody is in the strongest position in the house. Their alliance has all the power it has had all season so far. Quality: A
Nicole Franzel does not seem to be on Tyler’s radar, but then he’s tuned in to most of the house. She’s still good with Cody and in the power alliance, so she should stay nice. Quality: A-
Daniele Briones en Krystabt are in the right alliance at the right time and it just keeps on sticking to power, making their game really easy. Quality: B
Memphis Garret can actually survive his wild card weekly, now that Tyler is in power. He should get a pass if he does not run the boat too much, and now that he is vulnerable, we would not expect him to. Class: B-
Da’Vonne Rogers en Bayleigh Dayton will have to be involved somewhere and with someone or they will soon find themselves on the outside of the figures. David refused them (and seems to have the Commission in his corner) and they rejected Janelle and Kaysar. You need allies! Quality: C +

Enzo Palumbo en Kevin Campbell are the only two in the house who voted to save Nicole A, who says a lot about her standing in the house. It’s time to scrape relationships and start forging and solidifying! Quality: C
David Alexander might think he’s okay with the Commission after they’ve saved him, but he can ‘t really be more than a number to her. He also plays a really clunky game. He may ignore a bit when the house starts to go after real threats, but eventually they will see him again. Class: C-
Ian Terry could have really used this HOH gain. Outside of Janelle and Kaysar, we think he’s the biggest player on the Commission’s radar (outside of Nicole F– and she’s not going to stick her neck out too far to save him). He needs some allies … imagine if all these players who needed allies actually found each other! Class: C-
Kaysar Ridha en Janelle Pierzina keep looking at the outside of the house and they all seem to be the target. Or at least everyone is afraid to work with them and even really talk to them. Will Tyler take the show that everyone seems to be taken for granted? Quality: D +
Nicole Anthony misread the house, burned some few allies she might have and allowed paranoia and a bad attitude made her really hard to drive behind. In addition, she was a much bigger threat ahead than David, making her the worse step to eliminate. Class: F
