Kyle Busch to seek his first win of the season at Texas Motor Speedway
Brothers Busch, Kurt Busch and Kyle Busch will start the race in the second row at P3 and P4 respectively. Both Busch brothers have been fighting for a winless streak in recent months and will be looking to get their first win of 2020.
This week at Bristol, Kyle managed to finish his fight from the opening laps and finish the race behind Chase in the second.
Additionally, Kyle Busch will race all three races at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend. Fox NASCAR’s Bob Pockrass revealed this on Twitter while answering a question from fans.
Starting in the front row at pole position is Aric Almirola and followed by Ryan Blaney. Aric Stewart-Haas’ teammate and current Cup Series points leader Kevin Harvick will complete the ‘top 5’.
Harvick has won 4 races in 2020 and will seek to strengthen his control over the Cup series scoreboard. And he will be the crowd favorite to challenge the victory. At Bristol, Harvick finished at P3 behind Chase and Kyle Busch.
Wednesday’s All-Star Race winner Chase Elliott will start the race in eighth place alongside Denny Hamlin at P7. Chase will look to continue his max and take the Texas 500 victory to challenge for Harvick’s top spot.
