A player from Valheim recreated The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’s High Hrothgar monastery in the open world survival title, and it’s very impressive.

TO Valheim The player took the time to recreate Skyrim‘s High Hrothgar Monastery in the game, and it’s nothing short of a breathtaking sight. Although it just hit Steam Early Access this month, Valheim is already taking the world by storm. In less than three weeks of availability on the platform, developer survival title Iron Gate managed to sell a staggering three million units.

As a 1-10 player experience, the game launches battle-slain warriors into the 10th Norse kingdom of Valheim to resist the harsh elements and defeat the mythical creatures that roam. There’s more to it than that though, as players can also craft and build anything from frozen weapons and arrows to fermenters and roads. Valheim Players are also getting more and more creative, putting the various systems of the title to the test.

Reddit user McBadWord went further when it came to putting From Valheim elaboration and construction of mechanics for good use. Not content with simply building a house or road system, the player fully recreated the High Hrothgar shrine, home of the Greybeards in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. In Skyrim, High Hrothgar is located on the top of the highest mountain in Tamriel and is accessible through the Seven Thousand Steps that surround said mountain. McBadWord appears to have followed the specifications of the locality as closely as possible with his homage in Valheim. Even the interior areas show remarkable attention to detail.

The dedication and care that fans put into projects like this never cease to amaze us. That Valheim has fostered this level of creativity less than three weeks after the Early Access launch also deserves praise. It is also worth noting that High Hrothgar’s service as the basis of such dedication is especially appropriate, given From Skyrim influence on From Valheim developing.

Iron Gate developer released Valheim on Steam Early Access earlier this month, a status it is expected to maintain throughout this year. As of now, it is unknown when exactly the studio will release the cooperative survival title in its entirety, but players need not worry about Iron Gate’s commitment to the project. Several major updates are planned throughout From Valheim Early Access period, including those adding moon phases, sandbox mode, an entirely new biome, and a number of unspecified combat enhancements.
