Ariela met Biniyam on a visit to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The two began dating, and within months of their relationship, Ariela found out that she was pregnant.
She returned to the United States for prenatal care. But when she realized that Biniyam would not be able to get a visa in time for her delivery, she made the decision to give birth in Ethiopia.

But like his parents, he 90 day boyfriend: the other way The star was reluctant to move. Understandably, she was concerned about the quality of medical care she would find there.
“I’m nervous because obviously they speak a different language, it’s a different culture and they don’t have the same facilities,” she said in an episode earlier this season. “My biggest fear about giving birth in Ethiopia is that I won’t get the proper care and attention that they give you in US hospitals. I’m making a sacrifice, I hope it turns out the way I want it to.”

When Ariela first arrived in Addis Ababa, Biniyam took her to the new apartment that she installed for them. She was all smiles when he walked her through the flat, but inside, she felt that the conditions of the place were barely habitable.

“This bathroom looks like something out of one of the saw movies, ”he said in a confessional. “I hate it. I traveled to many places and lived in precarious conditions, but now we are going to have a baby, we are going to start a family and this horrible apartment gives me doubts about wanting to stay in Ethiopia.”
Ariela still appreciates Ethiopia
Despite the living conditions of her new apartment and the questionable health care system she faces, Ariela still appreciates the beauty of Ethiopia. In a recent Instagram post, 90 day boyfriend: the other way Star shared scenic images of the country, noting that there is much more than what people assume.
“I am posting these photos of beautiful places in Ethiopia to show the world that there is more to the country than poverty and desert,” he captioned the photos of the Simien Mountains and Fasilides Castle of Gonder.
“Ethiopia is incredibly lush and green with an ancient history,” added Ariela. “It is the only country in Africa that has never been colonized. They speak over 90 languages with so many ethnic groups and cultures. I love Ethiopia and hope that after this mess is over people will visit the country. “
In a preview of the upcoming episodes, Ariela gives birth in Ethiopia with Biniyam by her side. 90 day boyfriend: the other way will return with new episodes in October.
