The mouse personifying a lion

For The queen of sheba

Experts, armchair analysts, paid agents, committed journalists and the media are having a field day criticizing and censoring Ethiopia following the adventurous attack by the former TPLF cabal forces against the Northern Command’s Ethiopian Defense Forces. Just to briefly recall: Cabal forces attempted a fatal coup by ruthlessly and cowardly killing the national army, while they slept. This unleashed a fantastic and thunderous response that ended up consuming the conspirators. This remains the undisputed narrative openly and officially recognized by both the victors and the losers.

This act of treason was condemned, expressly and swiftly, by several powerful entities, including former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. The small country, Djibouti, bestowed the highest national honor on the Chief of Staff of the Ethiopian Defense Forces in recognition of the decisive victory to crush the plot that would have had a catastrophic impact on the region. Many other heavyweights, such as China and Russia, openly acknowledged the issue as internal and helped reduce undue – and ridiculous – pressure on Ethiopia.

Here comes Emperor Kagame yelling on the subject during an interview with the Hoover Institution, a US-based think tank, subtly and deviously blaming Ethiopia. In the interview, he boldly called for “the direct intervention of the UN Security Council in Tigray” when it comes to an undoubted matter of national jurisdiction.

Who is Emperor Kagame?

Emperor Paul Kagame, “the-savior-of-Rwanda”, has played an important role in stabilizing the country. However, the same cannot be said for the region. Rwanda has long been involved in the looting and embezzlement of natural and other resources in neighboring countries. It once sparked a conflict that engulfed the continent and involved more than half a dozen countries. He was also accused of numerous atrocities in the region.

The Rwandan Emperor, who now lectures on Ethiopia’s peace and security, is a well-known villain for hunting down and killing his political opponents, at home and in exile. The murder of a former high-ranking intelligence chief, Patrick Karegeya, in South Africa, which followed a diplomatic dispute with the country, is just one example. After the murder, Kagame boasted: “Whoever betrays the country will pay the price. I assure. By disappointing a country, wanting to hurt people, you end up suffering the negative consequences. Anyone who is still alive and who is plotting against Rwanda, whoever they are, will pay the price … Whoever they are, it is a matter of time. “Opposing Emperor Kagame of the small kingdom is tantamount to betraying the country, punishable by death .

And yet the TPLF clique dangerously and dangerously betrayed the army, the country and the people, of more than 110 million. The Emperor has yet to condemn this betrayal; if it has, I have yet to see it.

The monarch, who has won every election under the skies of the little kingdom – many times and generously, during his time in power – should be a little more modest in his lectures. Oh yeah, he’s only been in power for over two decades, probably intending to rule while he breathes.

Kagame the mouse, who thinks he is a lion, is not even a cat. It has been effectively raised by generous funds from “development partners” who have been very quick to cleanse their sins for their devastating inaction to prevent the tragic genocide. Kagame has been adept at effectively manipulating him to advance his hulking global ego and also to capture the international media spotlight.

African solutions to African problems: Seriously?

The emperor who deploys “African solutions to African problems” when it suits him, in this interview which is the source of the article, blurted out: “the new administration of the United States and the UN and others should be thinking what we can do together with Africa” . and as was suggested at the last minute: “Africa should participate primarily.”

In the interview, he further pontificated that “I have not heard from the AU or the UN or individual countries trying to help deal with the matter.” He gestured contemptuously: “It is still within Ethiopia itself.” Kagame, one of the supposedly active actors in the African Union, appears to declare ignorance of the proactive role played by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, who did exactly that, although Ethiopia, as a sovereign state, rightly rejected the fraternal gesture.

Kagame’s motives: speculation

I have struggled to establish Emperor Kagame’s motives by distorting Ethiopia’s ability and determination to overcome its internal challenge. But somehow, I managed to improvise two.

We know that Emperor Kagame comes from the minority Tutsi tribe that completely dominates the political, economic, financial, military, intelligence, social and cultural space of Rwanda. This is comparable to the situation in Ethiopia, where the Tiger minority, only about 6 percent of the population, did the exact same thing, probably with more brute force, treachery and cowardice. It should be noted that the greedy clique does not represent the vast majority of Tigreans whose trust has been betrayed.

Unfortunately these two have a lot in common, among others, they both tend to win over 99 percent of the vote, multiple times, a statistical impossibility when disproved in these realms! Losing is unthinkable and it’s not even on the menu.

Is it possible that Emperor Kagame is silently mourning the disappearance of a comparable, probably more monstrous, minority mob alongside as a warning to his little kingdom? It may well be that, as in the end, the reality of the voices of the majority over the minority remains unavoidable — sometimes with catastrophic consequences — as genocides. And Rwanda has already witnessed barbarism.

The second reason, I speculate here again, is that this Emperor who has no clothes, may be suffering from an inferiority complex of size, economic and political influence, global visibility and military position of his neighbors. Ethiopia has been a central peace and security force in the region for a long period of time and this has earned it a respectable place in UN peacekeeping missions, among others.

The little mouse appears to be maneuvering deviously to diminish the ubiquitous lion in the region.

In conclusion

Nations after nations have fully recognized the critical importance and need to thwart acts of treason, as in the case of Ethiopia, through their favorable voices and calculated silence. Emperor Kagame could choose between these two plausible and appropriate alternatives. He chose the wrong one.

To be fair, Kagame may have been the victim of disinformation and lies inspired and funded by the TPLF. But then he should have been more cautious if he, as he himself admits, is aware that “the other problem is that he has been isolated from the rest of the world; people don’t know much about what’s going on there. “So how is it that the genius Emperor advises the UN to intervene in Tigray without information on the ground? This observation lends more credence to my two speculative motives.

For all genuine critics of Ethiopia, it is imperative to seek the truth first, before uttering disastrous solutions; Or else Ethiopia will continue to reject them, whether they come from a former demagogue US president or a miniature African emperor for life. If you can’t be part of the solution, don’t be part of the problem.

The truth always prevails. Ethiopia will win.
