The moon rises over the people gathered at Glastonbury Tor on July 31, 2015 in Somerset, England. The full moon that appears on July 31 is what is called the Blue Moon, which refers to the second of two full moons that appear in the same calendar month. The last time this happened was in 2012 and another is not expected until 2018.
According to the latest Fiber One report, the space agency explained that the Blue Moon is commonly in demand for describing the second full moon of a calendar month. Previous Moon watchers have used the name “Blue Moon” or “Halloween Full Moon” differently. In the month with four full moons, the third is always called “Blue Moon”.
When will “Boo Moon” take place?
The special space event will take place this 2020 on October 31. The Moon Boo will rise in the east around sunset and set in the west around sunrise, as will all full moons. It will reach its highest peak in the early hours of the morning and at night.

A Super Blue Blood Moon rises over Portsmouth on January 31, 2018 in Portsmouth, UK. A Blue Blood Super Moon is the result of three lunar phenomena happening at the same time: not only is it the second full moon in January, but the moon will also be close to its closest point to Earth in its orbit, and it will be totally eclipsed by the shadow of the Earth. The last time these events coincided was in 1866, 152 years ago.

Many people are confused with its name and think that the natural satellite of the Earth will really have a blue color. However, it was explained that the Blue Moon will not turn that color.
He only got his name because of his opportunity. After October 31, the next Blue Moons are expected to occur in August 2023, May 2026, and December 2028.
NASA previously revealed an exciting discovery of the Moon
Recently, the national space agency said it will reveal an exciting new discovery on the Moon. According to the previous report by The New York Times, NASA announced that it found ice and water on the surface of the Moon.
The new discovery will help future space explorers as they don’t need to go to the most dangerous craters in the Moon’s polar regions just to find water. NASA said ice and water were found in more places than previously thought.
The researchers’ findings were published Monday in Nature Astronomy. The team that conducted the space activity used SOFIA; an infrared telescope mounted inside a 747 jumbo jet.
Currently, NASA is making amazing space discoveries that are sure to surprise Earthlings.
