“Although there are more than 800 humanitarian workers residing in the Tigray region, it has become impossible to communicate and provide the necessary humanitarian assistance in conflict areas,” said Catherine Sozi.
Noting that the government is on the right path to victory, Demeke expressed the government’s stance to pay due attention to humanitarian assistance and fulfill its responsibilities. He said the federal government has no intention of attacking the peace-loving people of Tigray.
