The Spotify music app for kids has added more parental control features, Spotify announced Tuesday. Parents can now access listening history and block songs or audio stories on Spotify Kids.
Parents just need to log in to the adult section, enter a PIN, tap an account, and click the listening history. You can also tap “lock” or “unlock” next to the tracks there so they don’t appear in that user’s feed.
Spotify Kids launched in beta in October 2019, expanding to the US USA in March of this year. Some of his latest songs are Wash Your Hands with Baby Shark and audiobooks like Daniel Radcliffe reading Harry Potter.
Spotify Kids is available for Spotify Premium Family subscribers on iOS and Android.
