Global children’s entertainment company Spin Master has announced a multi-year agreement to become the global master toy licensee for Riot Games’ “League of Legends,” one of the most played PC games in the world. The deal was negotiated by CAA-GBG, Riot Games’ global licensing representative.
“We are excited to bring together two powerhouses in games and toys,” says Robert Schwartz, vice president of sales and new business development for CAA-GBG. “Spin Master’s passion for ‘League of Legends’ intellectual property was highlighted as a key differentiator, and we are excited to embark on this journey with Spin Master and Riot Games.”
Spin Master will develop products that include action figures, games, and role-play items to represent property in the toys and games category.

Entering its second decade, “League of Legends” is a team multiplayer online strategy game in which two teams of five champions battle each other to conquer each other’s base. Players choose from over 150 champions to make plays and topple towers on their way to victory.
