Samsung recently introduced its newest smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (FE stands for Fan Edition) and released it at a relatively affordable price. However, you can already find it for sale at various retailers, including Best Buy and Amazon.
What is the Galaxy S20 FE and what features does it have?
The Galaxy S20 FE has all the usual Galaxy S features, including a premium processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 865), expandable storage, IP68 rating, large 6.5-inch AMOLED display, wireless charging, 4,500 mAh battery, 6GB of RAM, and support for 5G. However, it has a “glasstic” back and offers a reduced screen resolution and no headphone jack.
As for the triple lens camera system and the familiar module on the back, it consists of a 12MP wide-angle lens with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, and an 8MP telephoto zoom lens 3x optical 30x digital “spatial zoom”.
From what we can tell, the Galaxy S20 FE is a solid device. It seems to be for younger people who don’t want to spend a lot of money on a phone. Samsung is still offering the same three years of Android updates, which means you should get Android 11.
