There is a huge 32MP camera in the front cutout hole for selfies. On the back, you get triple cameras that have pretty much become a 2020 smartphone standard. The 12MP (Dual Pixel) + 12.0 MP + 8.0MP handles primary, ultrawide, and telephoto tasks with ease.
You can now capture night mode shots on all three lenses, something not possible on many devices. So if you’re looking to cram those details into a low-light environment, you can jump into ultra-wide night mode and get it done.
The portrait shots also feature Samsung’s flare with stylish bokeh effects to entertain you and your cat. Professional video pretty much seals the deal for camera fans looking to add depth of field and maintain consistent exposure across all videos. We haven’t tested it, but we’ll find out in the full review.
From the photos we clicked during our initial impressions, it is clear that the camera samples turn out fantastic if the subject is covered in sunlight. The night shots seem to focus on the social media game because as soon as you zoom in, all the details are discarded.
With that said, we’re comparing this to the likes of the iPhone 11 and Samsung’s flagship banger arsenal. A new OnePlus is on the horizon too, so stick around for the full review where we dive in with camera samples and video capture too.
