Super Mario Galaxy 2

If you watch the latest episode of Nintendo Minute, you’ll see that it’s about next week’s release. Super Mario 3D All-Stars. There is even Some footage of him, and well … let’s just say that part of this video has made viewers go a bit frantic.

You see, around the 20-second mark, there’s a clip from the game’s title screen that supposedly plays music from Super Mario Galaxy 2. Below is a cut version of the video:

@DreamcastGuy “The Super Mario 3D All-Stars collection uses the music from Super Mario Galaxy 2 on the home screen, but Nintendo refused to include Mario Galaxy 2 in the collection and I’m screaming lolololol”

Nintendo Switch subreddit user LittleLeaf2 noticed how the same clip played the track “SMG2 Remix of the Power Star” instead of the original. Super mario galaxy one.

“In the Nintendo game Minute 3D All-Stars, they showed the title screen using the SMG2 Remix of the Power star theme, as opposed to SMG1.”

Of course, there is a possibility that it is just a Nintendo Minute Audio Edition.

SINCERELY – who runs the YouTube channel Modern Vintage Gamer, also noted how the same intro apparently appears Super mario 64 in widescreen, while the game itself in the All-Stars version is actually a classic 4: 3 resolution.

“Widescreen music from Mario 64 and Galaxy 2 during the intro? Nintendo is just making fun of us”

So what do you think of this discovery? Is this a sign of things to come, assuming it hasn’t been edited? Share your thoughts below.
