PlayStation has updated its new and upcoming game trailer, offering updates on many anticipated titles.
Last month (November), the company released an announcement that delved into numerous games coming to the PS5. At that time, games like Gran Turismo 7 were scheduled for launch in the first half of 2021.
The new and updated trailer changes some of the information, while also providing information on other titles. Along with the announcement, the previous trailer has also been edited to show Gran Turismo 7 changed to “in development for PlayStation”, suggesting a deviation from the first half 2021 release date and the potential to be released on the PS4.
Deathloop, Ghostwire: Tokyo and the next Square Enix title Athia project they were showcased in the new trailer. The first two are said to have console exclusivity for 12 months, while Athia project will have a 24-month window.
Other titles displayed include Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, West horizon forbidden Y Return. Unlike the previous trailer, neither showed an expected release window and simply have a 2021 date attached to each one.

Sony’s plans for 2021 have yet to be finalized. Outside of titles scheduled to release next year, including God of War: Ragnarok, the dates established for any of its next titles have not been finalized.
With more of his own titles available on PS4 and PS5, PlayStation boss Jim Ryan recently spoke about the company’s plan, stating that it is “the most rational thing to do” and has a “responsibility” to continue delivering titles to both. communities.
