PlayStation Plus subscribers should hurry up and download the current batch of free PS4 games for November 2020.
The free PS4 games for November 2020 will only be available until November 30, making this one of the shortest months to take advantage of PS Plus titles.
Sony confirmed the times in a recent PlayStation Plus blog post: “Both PS4 games will be available from Tuesday, November 3 through Monday, November 30.”
On the bright side, the shorter month means subscribers won’t have to wait long for the December 2020 PS4 (and potentially PS5) free games to be announced.
If the new games are available to download on November 30 (which probably means December 1 in the UK), then the announcement will be made the week before.
This means that the free PlayStation Plus games for December 2020 will be revealed at 4.30pm on November 25.
Less clear is exactly what will be included in the next batch of free PS Plus games and whether it features PS5 games.
Sony has suggested that PS5 games will appear in future PS Plus giveaways, though perhaps not at the same rate as PS4 games.
“All PlayStation Plus members will continue to receive at least two great PS4 games every month,” reads a Sony post.
“Our goal is to regularly add PS5 games to the monthly games list, so please check back on the PS blog for our monthly announcements for PlayStation Plus.”
At the time of writing, PS Plus subscribers can download Middle-earth Shadow of War and Hollow Knight for PS4, as well as Bugsnax for PS5.
Shadow of War and Hollow Knight are available until November 30 / December 1, while Bugsnax is free until January 4.
That is in addition to the PlayStation Plus collection, which gives PS5 users access to 20 of the best PS4 games.
This includes God of War, Fallout 4, Persona 5, Mortal Kombat X, and Monster Hunter World.
November has certainly been one of the best months for free PlayStation Plus games, so you can continue.
Outside of the PlayStation Plus collection, Hollow Knight Voidheart Edition is the bunch’s pick when it comes to PS Plus games.
