The royal brothers questioned environmentalist Sir David Attenborough.
Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, the children of Prince William and Kate Middleton, are rarely seen and even more rarely heard, but the lovable royal siblings showed their personalities in a new video.
The trio took the stage to ask British announcer and naturalist Sir David Attenborough urgent questions, such as his favorite animal and whether or not he likes spiders.
George, 7, the older brother, was the first to ask Attenborough a question, saying, “Hi David Attenborough, what animal do you think will go extinct next?”, To which Attenborough replied that he hopes that doesn’t happen. .
Charlotte, 5, asked the environmental expert: “Hi David Attenborough, I like spiders, do you like spiders too?”
2-year-old Louis asked Attenborough the last question, wondering what kind of animal he likes, while pronouncing the word “animal” more like “animal.”
The video appears to be the first time fans have heard Louis speak, and the first time they have heard George and Charlotte speak directly to a camera.
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a short video clip of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, each of whom asks Sir David Attenborough a question about the natural world,” said the Palace of Kensington in a press release.
Prince William and Kate and their three children joined Attenborough just over a week ago when he visited Kensington Palace Gardens so that he and William could attend an open-air screening of Attenborough’s documentary, “David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet “.
During that visit, Prince George received a gift from Attenborough, described by Kensington Palace as a “tooth from a giant shark, whose scientific name is carcharocles megalodon (‘big tooth’), which Attenborough found during a family vacation in Malta. . in the 1960s. “
Prince William has spoken recently about his work in conservation and the environment, particularly how he wants to make the world a better place for his children. William’s conservation work is the focus of a new documentary, “Prince William: A Planet for All”, which will premiere on 5 October on ITV in the UK.
“My grandfather, my father, has been in conservation, environmental work for many years. My grandfather was ahead of his time. My father was ahead of his time,” says William in the documentary, referring to his father, Prince. Charles and grandfather, Prince Philip. “And I really want to make sure that, in 20 years, George doesn’t turn around and say, ‘Are you ahead of your time?’ Because if he does, we will be too late. “
Attenborough also appears in the documentary, including in a scene where Kate tells the historian that George, Charlotte, and Louis are “big fans” of hers.
