The Motorola Moto G9 Plus (XT2087-1) was introduced today with a 6.8-inch FHD + display. This device is not as big of a business to us as the launch of the Moto G9 was, largely due to price. Where the Moto G9 was extremely reasonably priced at (roughly) $ 154 (converted from Indian rupee), the Moto G9 Plus will launch in Brazil for R $ 2,499.10 – converted to USD right now, that’s roughly $ 468.
The Motorola MOTO G9 Plus has a 6.8-inch FHD + screen with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor inside. The first iteration of this device has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. There is a huge 5000 mAh battery inside, as well as a 30 W TurboPower fast charging. On the back is a set of four cameras, with a 64MP main camera, a camera for ultra-wide shots, another for macro and another for depth detection.

In the US, Motorola also sells Motorola One Fusion +, Motorola One Hyper, and Motorola One Zoom, in addition to the advanced Motorola One 5G. Motorola has a ton of phones available with unique features through Amazon, like the Motorola One Action Amazon Alexa, complete with Amazon software.
Motorola also has the Moto E here in the US for about $ 130 (on sale right now from Motorola), as well as the Moto E6. If you’re feeling lost, like Motorola has so many devices available for sale at once that you don’t know which way to go, you’re not alone. Lenovo-owned Motorola is currently in the midst of a strategy of “making one of each device of different sizes and specifications” which … is not the worst strategy for our strange international mobile market right now.
Motorola is making a bigger effort in the US to sell devices like the Motorola Edge, with the left and right sides cascading down to its full front coverage display. And the Motorola RAZR (and RAZR 5G) with a folding screen. The newer Motorola RAZR will cost you around $ 1,400, unless you want the 2019 model, which you can now buy for $ 999 (limited to a carrier of your choice).
The Motorola G9 Plus will be available in Brazil soon. Motorola has yet to share information on a release date for other markets around the world for this particular smartphone model.
