Images showing a putative engineering sample of an RDNA2 The graphics card has been published online. It is not known what RDNA2 graphics card is, but it is possibly an engineering sample of one of the upcoming AMD Radeon Navi 2x graphics cards.
Discovered by @ Avery78 (via VideoCardz) on the Bilibili and Chiphell forums, photos of an unknown graphics card don’t allow us to determine which GPU you’re using, but given time, we’re hoping it’s one of the upcoming Navi 2x graphics cards.
In the photos, it is possible to see labels on the graphics card. One of the labels is written “Typical Samsung 16Gb”. Based on what the leaker said about the design (3 + 3 + 2 modules), each memory module should have 2GB of VRAM. This also means that you are using a 256-bit memory interface. The leaker also claimed that the graphics card in the photo should not use the Navi 21 GPU with 80CU, leading us to believe that it is more likely to be a mid-level Radeon graphics card.

On the other label of the graphics card, it is written “Complete ???? Typical XT A0 ASIC ”. The “XT” nomenclature is generally associated with Radeon RX series graphics cards, so it is safe to assume that it should be a gaming graphics card.
From these images, this graphics card definitely looks like a sample of engineering. The GPU seems to cool down with some kind of CPU cooler, and there’s a power LED near the 2x power connectors.
AMD announced that the next Radeon RX 6000 will be released on October 28. The release date has yet to be revealed, but we must wait for the first Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards before the end of 2020.
